What I Treat

Anxiety Therapy

Finding relief from chronic worry, panic, and overwhelm while building lasting tools for calm and resilience.

Understanding Anxiety

Anxiety is more than stress or worry. It's a persistent state of unease that can pervade your daily life, affect your sleep, strain your relationships, and make ordinary tasks feel overwhelming. While anxiety is one of the most common mental health experiences, it is also highly treatable.

Anxiety often has roots in early experiences of threat, unpredictability, or attachment rupture. It lives in the body as much as in the mind, and effective treatment must address both dimensions.

Common Anxiety Experiences

Generalized anxiety and chronic worry
Panic attacks and physical symptoms
Social anxiety and fear of judgment
Perfectionism and performance anxiety
Health anxiety
Separation anxiety and fear of abandonment
Anxiety related to trauma or PTSD
Intrusive thoughts

How I Treat Anxiety

I take an integrative, whole-person approach to anxiety. Rather than simply managing symptoms, we work to understand the underlying patterns, beliefs, and nervous system responses that are fueling your anxiety — and address them at the root.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Exploring the anxious "parts" of you with compassion rather than judgment.

Polyvagal Exercises

Regulating your nervous system and expanding your capacity for calm.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Building moment-to-moment awareness that interrupts the anxiety cycle.

Mindful Self-Compassion

Replacing self-criticism with kindness, a powerful antidote to anxiety.

Anxiety often overlaps with depression and trauma. I take a holistic view of each person's experience.
