What I Treat

Relationship Issues

Understanding the patterns that shape your connections, and shifting toward more fulfilling relationships.

Why Relationships Can Be So Hard

Our earliest relationships with caregivers create an internal blueprint, often called an attachment style, through which we relate to others throughout our lives. When those early relationships were inconsistent, unavailable, or unsafe, we may develop patterns of anxious clinging, avoidance, or difficulty trusting that play out in our adult relationships.

The good news is that these patterns are not fixed. With awareness, compassion, and the right therapeutic support, they can change.

Relationship Challenges I Work With

Patterns of conflict and disconnection
Fear of abandonment or engulfment
Codependency and people-pleasing
Difficulty setting boundaries
Intimacy and vulnerability fears
Trust issues and jealousy
Repeating unhealthy relationship patterns
Navigating family of origin dynamics

The Role of Attachment

I have specialized training in Attachment Theory and the Ideal Parent Figure Protocol, which allows us to address relationship difficulties at their roots. Communication techniques alone rarely hold. We work instead to build a new felt sense of security within you, one that naturally allows for more authentic, connected, and resilient relationships.

Relationship work often draws on Attachment Repair and Internal Family Systems.

Healthier Relationships Start Within

Let's look at the patterns holding you back and open the door to closer connection.
